Sooma reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy will be reflected on this page, with the date of the latest revision identified at the top of the page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account. Your continued use of our Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes. Where We Store Your Data
U.S. law governs the information we collect from you. However, the data may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the United States of America (USA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the USA who work for us or for one of our suppliers or affiliates. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, or provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help our advertisers display their advertisement to their target audience.
Your Rights
Your Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information. Sooma strives to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe's website . If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@soomaeats.com.
Updating Account Information. You may update or edit your account information by accessing your account page at www.soomaeats.com. You may also deactivate your account pursuant to the Terms. We may retain relevant information related to your account when permitted by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information for Customized Campaigns or any promotional materials, please contact info@soomaeats.com.
Please note that we do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.
Your Access To Information You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Sites and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at info@soomaeats.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Your California Privacy Rights California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Sites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Third Party Usage
Third Party Advertisement and Analytic Services Customized Ad Campaigns. We may also work with third party social media sites, such as Facebook, to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign, unless you notify us that you prefer not to have information about you used in this way.
Internet-Based Ads. We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the services and other websites and mobile apps, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by Sooma and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our services and other websites and better understand your online activity. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure.
